What We Serve

Bistro cooking with Vancouver sports bar energy. Everything on the menu is made to share, pair with a drink, or finish by yourself while you watch the game. No judgment either way.

Appetizers

Start with poutine, loaded nachos, spinach and artichoke dip, crispy calamari, or wings tossed the way you like them. Built for splitting across the table.

Burgers & Mains

Our bacon cheddar burger, crispy chicken burger, and clubhouse are stacked high and served with fries. For something bigger, try the rib eye steak, fish and chips, or oven roasted chicken.

Pasta & Bowls

Pulled pork mac and cheese, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, seafood penne, spaghetti and meatballs, plus rice bowls for anyone craving something lighter but still filling.

Drinks

Cocktails, beer on tap, wine by the glass, and high-balls poured right. A full bar menu to pair with food or start the night.

Our Story

Same Spot, New Vibe

We wanted a place where you could get a real cocktail and a proper burger, then turn around and watch the game with the volume up. That is CSB.

This address used to be Crystal Sports Bar, a familiar local pub on Granville Street. Same neighbourhood, same regulars, same no-BS feel. We kept the good parts and gave the food, drinks, and room a serious upgrade.

Now CSB is a downtown Vancouver bistro and sport bar where you can grab lunch, settle in for dinner, or post up for the night. Big screens, full sound, and a bar that knows how to pour.

We're at 1033 Granville Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver, easy to reach by bus, SkyTrain, or a short walk from the Granville Entertainment District. CSB is the Granville Street sports bar locals choose when they want great food, cold drinks, and the game on big screens.

Street parking and nearby lots make it easy to swing by. If you're taking transit, the Granville Station is a few minutes away on foot. Drop in for happy hour, stay for the game, and see why this is becoming the best sports bar Vancouver has for game nights.

It is the same bistro and sport bar vibe you came for, just with a soundtrack. Good for a midweek escape, a Friday night out, or a Saturday that doesn't stop until last call.

Where is CSB located?

We're at 1033 Granville Street in downtown Vancouver, BC. We're a short walk from Granville Station and right in the middle of the Granville Entertainment District.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Thursday from 12PM to 12AM, Friday and Saturday from 12PM to 1AM, and Sunday from 12PM to 10PM.

Do you take reservations?

Yes. You can book a table through our contact form or by calling us at (604) 828-3165. Walk-ins are also welcome when space is available.

What is happy hour?

Happy hour runs daily from 3PM to 6PM. All appetizers are $10, all drinks are $5, and doubles are $8. It's one of the best happy hours on Granville Street.

Can I watch sports at CSB?

Absolutely. We have big screens throughout the bar, full sound, and a crowd that cares about the score. Hockey, football, soccer, UFC, you name it.

Do you offer takeout?
